Graham Potter Chelsea Goal Drought
Graham Potter has now been in charge of Chelsea for 16 Premier League games. Of that 16 Chelsea have failed to score in 6 of them. Of all 16 matches only 4 times have they scored more than 1 goal. Chelsea's build up work over the past few months is evident. Like Brighton, it's great. BUT...When they progress the ball to good areas, it's no risk football. It's mostly into feet football, and in the final third, mostly that results in delay. The João Félix signing was a necessary step. But it's now going to be fascinating how Chelsea adapt in their approach play in the opposition half of the pitch. Potter needs to turn excellent football into excellent football with purpose ASAP.
