The knowledge within this book is adaptable and provides challenging thought provoking ideas that aid a coaches self development no matter the age or experience of the coach. We never stop learning and this book is without question an opportunity to learn. The book begins with a look at the history of pressing, providing an in depth background knowledge crucial for understanding the theory behind pressing. Once the reader understands the why and the how of pressing, he or she will be able to use the practical techniques presented in the third section, arguably the best section of the entire book in this opinion. Some of the sessions within that third section of the book are excellent and easily adaptable. As the owner and admin of Keepitonthedeck.com I would highly recommend this book to coaches seeking knowledge of pressing and especially session plans to help educate footballers about the various triggers and methods of pressing.
